Schmyr, also known as Pitch and Setback, is a challenging trick-taking card game that supports 2, 3, or 4 players in online multiplayer mode or can be played offline in the two single-player modes.

Engage in live multiplayer matches on any iOS device with an internet connection. Multiplayer Schmyr games do not include bots at the table.

Players can experience Trump rules while bidding the strength of their hands to declare the Trump Suit as they compete for the four possible points dealt in each hand. Schmyr is a Hi-Low-Jack-Game, Cut Throat, No-Draw style game. The first player to reach 11 points, with tiebreaker rules if needed, claims victory and all the Schmyr Bits on the table. In-game text chat and an optional game timer ensure timely gameplay for everyone. Employ your best strategies to gain the most points and achieve your bid! Whether you are a seasoned card player or a beginner, Schmyr meets expectations.

Schmyr's interactive lobby system allows players to connect with others through a challenge-style lobby. Tables are displayed as icon buttons in the lobby, showing the number of players present with red dashes. The lobby organizes available tables based on player count, facilitating finding a table waiting for a third or fourth player. "Friends" can create a private lobby using a shared code for exclusive gameplay. Additionally, there is a "Block" feature to prevent specific players from joining or seeing you in the public lobby.

Game tokens are necessary for playing Schmyr online, while they are not required in offline single-player mode. Each game played online consumes one game token, which can be obtained through in-app purchases. Users desiring higher-stakes gameplay can purchase Schmyr Bits.
